Killed my sol friday nite (long)

Oh man...

That really sucks. I've worried about that before. I recently redid all my vacuum hoses with silicone stuff. Gonna makes sure I zip-tie all the important connections!

I once blew the connection off the wastegate and I boosted up to 20psi!! I was coming away from this stoplight on the highway leading up this hill in 3rd gear giving about half-gas.... then all the sudden the car became this MONSTER and at 70MPH in 3rd the tires starte lighting up! I let off the gas and heard the loudest blow-off valve I ever heard. Got home and did the compression check and all was ok...whew.

Same thing happened to my ol' 94 Teg RS.
The fricken vaccuum line blew off the B&M FPR. I mistakenly took a friends advice to remove the SS clamp cause it wasn't necessary.

result: ran lean an burnt an exhaust valve. The plug was totally melted too.
