Same thing happened to my ol' 94 Teg RS.
The fricken vaccuum line blew off the B&M FPR. I mistakenly took a friends advice to remove the SS clamp cause it wasn't necessary.
result: ran lean an burnt an exhaust valve. The plug was totally melted too.
